Elect according to the foreknowledge of GOD the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. Blessed be the GOD and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of GOD through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. (1Pe 1:2-5)
Because of His drawing us to Himself by the work of the Holy Spirit, and the preaching of the Cross, we have been born again to a new life in Christ, and now we have eternal life. And this corruptible earthly flesh shall be changed into incorruptible. We who are His shall be like Him when we see Him in the air, and are evermore with Him. It is our Blessed Hope and because GOD is faithful and True, and cannot fail or lie, we trust and believe, knowing by faith it will come to pass.
But until that day, GOD has work for us to do. We are to tell this lost and dying world of their sIn that separates them from a righteous and Holy GOD who has already condemned all of us guilty before Him. Only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ can we receive forgiveness and Salvation. That is the Good News of Jesus Christ that we must tell, preach, and live to all who will hear and believe that they might be saved.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with Him that is real and personal. Trust Him and believe His Word and what He did for you on that cruel Roman cross, and you will be born again. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. Then you too will have a GODly inheritance reserved for you.
In Christ,
