As I sit here thinking over Scripture for the morning, I came across Job 38, where GOD Himself speaks to Job out of the whirlwind and reminds Job that only GOD was there at the beginning, Only GOD has the power to create out of nothing, Only GOD has Authority and Complete Dominion over all Creation.
Compared to GOD, we like Job are nothing. If that were the end of the story, we would be insignificant little specks on this insignificant little ball of dust we call Earth, in this little insignificant galaxy in the grand and glorious Universe that GOD made. But GOD loves us (and knows each of us) so much that He came to earth. This earth that He made to be inhabited, and put His crown of creation into. This earth that the people of this earth rejected Him. Rejected Him in the Garden, and condemned all mankind to Death, Hell, and Judgement. Rejected Him from their lives, either out of ignorance, or hatred, destined to die without Him.
He came to His own, became a man, a servant, born to die that we might live. He went steadfast to the Cross of Calvary that if we believe, if we repent of the sIn that separates us from GOD, turn away and turn to Him, in complete surrender to a Holy and Righteous GOD that has every right to Judge us guilty before Him. If we Call upon Jesus to save us according to His Word, He has promised that He will.
I hope that this message is encouraging, or at least challenging to you this morning. And I pray that if you have never received the Lord Jesus by Faith that you won't let another minute go by lost and separated from Him.
I also pray that those that know Jesus and have that sure foundation will be bold to tell others of His saving Grace.
