For the Word of the LORD is right; and all His works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. By the Word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: He layeth up the depth in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spake, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. (Psalms 33:4-9)
GOD's Word stands forever. No matter what those without may bring against it or deny it, or how those within may ignore it or twist it, it stands. It will, just as it always has, accomplish exactly what GOD wants it to do. Whether it is conviction of our sIn and correction of our disobedience, or it is encouragement for the trials and empowerment for the battle, His Word never goes out void.
He spoke, and everything came into being (though since cursed and broken by our sIn.) He commanded and the seas obeyed. He inspired the written Word and His people wrote it down. Jesus, the Living Word, was made flesh and humbly and willingly went to the Cross for our sakes, according to the Scriptures.
He lives, and one day, He will return to conquer His enemies with that same Word, and we who are His will return and witness the final battle and His Glory shall be revealed. All this world that has been upheld by the Word of His power will be renewed, and He will create a new heavens and a new earth for His people. What a day that will be.
But, those without, who have rejected GOD and never turned to Him for His Salvation will be cast away forever. But, GOD is not willing that any should perish, but wants you to know Him and receive by faith His forgiveness and a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. Jesus loves you and wants you to be born again, and enter into a covenant relationship with Him that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and receive His Salvation today.
