Is the Law then against the promises of GOD? GOD forbid: for if there had been a Law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the Law. But the Scripture hath concluded all under sIn, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. But before faith came, we were kept under the Law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the Law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of GOD by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Gal 3:21-29)
The just shall live by faith. We who are in Christ, having received Him by faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary, are now His and redeemed from the Law. Redeemed, not to sIn or freedom to do as we want, but liberty to live in Christ, and through His power to overcome sIn and its power. We have been justified and Christ has paid the penalty for our sIn that we might be the righteousness of GOD in Him. By faith we live in Christ and do His will and work until He takes us Home to be with Him.
Until that day, He is conforming us to be like Him through His Word and the guidance and chastening of the Holy Spirit. We are to be disciplined in the Word of GOD that we may grow in grace and in the knowledge of Him who loved us and gave Himself for us. We are to, as His ambassadors meet the needs of those who are hurting around us, as GOD provides, that they may see Jesus in us, the hope of Glory. We are to love one another, even as Christ loved us, that all may know that we are His disciples. As we go, ee are to take the Gospel to this lost and dying world, that those who hear the Good News of Jesus Christ and believe may repent of their sIn, and receive Him by faith and have eternal life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
In Christ,
