But to us there is but one GOD, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by Him. Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled. But meat commendeth us not to GOD: for neither, if we eat, are we the better; neither, if we eat not, are we the worse. But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak. (1Co 8:6-9)
Another difficult passage for us, for we don't sit in temples to idols and eat meat offered to them. We have our own idols and other gods to deal with and repent of. The key here is to avoid purposeful actions that may lead others who do not understand our liberty away from the Truth of GOD and His Word. If there is any doubt, avoid that which tempts others. If it is specifically commanded against, then by all means, repent and forsake it.

We have one GOD, and He has given us His Word, not for a stumbling block for we have the Spirit of GOD to guide us into all truth, but for Doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness that we may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. Even if we can point to Chapter and verse that allows it, if it offends another believer, or leads them into sIn, we should avoid it and discuss it in love until all have grown into the full measure of GOD and His grace.
GOD wants us all to know Him in Truth, and walk by faith and not by sight. As we continue on this life's journey, as strangers in this foreign land, we as His ambassadors, are to abide in Him and He in us, that we may minister to those, both within and without, in His Name. We are to disciple one another as we grow in Him and love one another as His disciples. We are to minister to the hurting and in need as He gives the increase. As we go, we are to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ so all may repent and receive Him by faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. We are to teach all of His commands and the Good News from His Word that those who hear and believe may have life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
