Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the Holy Spirit of GOD, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as GOD for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. (Eph 4:26-32)
Sinful Anger, theft, corrupt communications are all ways which we as followers of Jesus Christ are to put away. Righteous anger directed at genuine problems and solutions without sin is allowed but should be dealt with immediately, and even that should be avoided because it is too easy for us to sin against GOD and one another in our anger. Since GOD provides for all our needs, we don't take from GOD or from others that which is not ours. As His ambassadors and ministers of reconciliation, all forms of our communication should be seasoned with salt, and good for the receivers, in encouragement of the brethren, equipping of the saints, and edifying of one another.
We are to walk in Holiness and righteousness, not only because it is accounted to those who are in Christ by repentance and faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary, but also because we are to actively pursue and practice Christ-likeness in thought, word, and deed. Everything that is of our old nature should remain buried with Christ and we should now live in Him and He in us, a new creature as His adopted children under the power and direction of the indwelling Holy Spirit, raised to walk in newness of life. We are to live through the Spirit, growing into the likeness of Jesus Christ, for the Glory of GOD the Father.
As we walk in Him we are to minister to those around us who are hurting and in need, blessing others as GOD provides and blesses us that others may see Jesus in us, the hope of Glory. As we live in Him we are to love one another and grow in grace and our knowledge of Him through His Word that all may know we are His disciples. As we wait on Him we go taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this lost and dying world, that all who repent and believe the Good News might have life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
