But unto the Son He saith, Thy throne, O GOD, is for ever and ever: a Sceptre of righteousness is the Sceptre of Thy Kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore GOD, even Thy GOD, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows. And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but Thou art the same, and Thy years shall not fail. (Heb 1:8-12)
He does not change, He cannot lie, and He that has always been, will always be. He that was slain from the foundation of the world, became man and put to death the flesh for our sin, and rose again the third day by His power and that He was without sin, and is set down at the right hand of the Majesty on High, interceding for His own. He is coming back, first for His own, then to rule an earthly Kingdom, and then the final judgment and consummation of all things. Only those in Christ by faith through grace, from Abel to that final kingdom, will be with Him in eternity. He invites all who will to receive Him and be born again.
Those who have acknowledged their sin as an offense against our Holy and Righteous GOD, and repented of that sin in faith, and received Him by faith in Him and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary are surrendered completely and without conditions on His terms to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We serve Him as members of His body. We are ambassadors of His Kingdom. We are adopted brethren, heirs of the righteousness which is His, and now live in and through Him who is our life.
We who are new creatures in Christ by His grace and mercy, are His subjects, not slaves to sIn, nor living in sin as we want, but called to be ministers of reconciliation as we minister to those around us who are hurting and in need. We who are translated from the kingdom of darkness into His Kingdom of light are commanded to love one another with the unfeigned love of the brethren and to disciple one another in His Word until we all grow up into the image of the one which we have to do, our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We who are able ministers of the New Testament are commissioned to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations and peoples, and as we go, sharing the Good News of reconciliation with the Father in the power of the Holy Spirit that is within us until all have heard, that those who hear and believe might have life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD, forgiveness from GOD, and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
In Christ,
