LORD, make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it is; that I may know how frail I am. Behold, Thou hast made my days as an handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before Thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah.
Surely every man walketh in a vain shew: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heapeth up riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them. And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope is in Thee. (Psalms 39:4-7)
Without GOD, all our being, all our actions, all our hopes are vanity. Everything we think we know will fade away and vanish. Only that which is done in Christ will last, and only those who have eternal life can rest assured in Him because of their relationship with Him.
We trust in Him because of who He is, and what He has done for us on the Cross of Calvary. We tell others that they may believe and receive Him by faith in His finished work on their behalf. We encourage and equip one another for the work of the ministry that GOD's purpose and plan may be fulfilled, and while we are becoming more like Christ, lost people can be saved and added to the Kingdom.
Our only hope in this life and the next is Jesus Christ. He loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. He is not willing that any should perish, but wants you to repent and be born again. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. He calls you to turn from your sIn, and turn to Him for Salvation.
The time is now, today is the day for you to respond to Jesus Christ.
In Christ,
