And every wise hearted man among them that wrought the work of the Tabernacle ....
This is the sum of the Tabernacle, even of the Tabernacle of Testimony, as it was counted, according to the commandment of Moses ....
Thus was all the work of the Tabernacle of the tent of the congregation finished: and the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they. And they brought the Tabernacle unto Moses, the tent, and all his furniture, his taches, his boards, his bars, and his pillars, and his sockets,
According to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so the children of Israel made all the work. And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them. (Exo 36:8a, 38:21a, 39:32-33, 42-43)
The recurring them as Moses records the construction of the Tabernacle, the House of Worship for the children of Israel as they serve the Lord, is that they did all according to that which the Lord commanded. GOD had given Moses strict and thorough instructions for the building and the work. He provided the offering of the people, the men to do the work, and the instructions and abilities so that the work could be done as He had commanded.
Those that gave willingly and cheerfully gave more than enough, those that crafted and constructed, worked according to their ability and gave their best in offering to the Lord. The children of Israel were obedient to the Commandments and Instructions of GOD to accomplish the work of the Tabernacle where GOD would meet with them. Their heart was in it, so even the construction was obedient worship. Their minds were on GOD, so their work was according to the commands. The work of their hands were an offering in worship to the Lord.
We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. All those who are truly born again and redeemed have been set apart to do His work in this lost and dying world. We are to glorify GOD with our minds, transformed by His Word; our hands in service to the Lord; and our bodies as living sacrifices offered unto Him. Whatever He commands, whatever He instructs, whatever He says; we are to willingly and cheerfully give, worship, and obey to accomplish His will and do His Will until He takes us Home to be with Him.
Until that day, we are to minister to the hurting and in need, as He provides and gives the increase, so that others see Jesus in us, the Hope of Glory. Until that day we are to grow in Him, and disciple one another in love and in His Word that we might grow thereby and that others may know we are His disciples, if we have love one to another. Until that day, we are to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ and proclaim His Good News to all that will hear. As we go, we are to share His message of Judgment and Mercy, of Love and Grace to all that will believe, that in believing in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary, they may receive by faith, life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
In Christ,
