He taught them as one that had authority

And they come again to Jerusalem: and as He was walking in the temple, there come to Him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders, And say unto Him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things? And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer Me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things. The baptism of John, was it from Heaven, or of men? answer Me. And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did ye not believe him? But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed. And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things. (Mar 11:27-33)
Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son has authority and power to judge, to exercise dominion, to speak and teach Truth, for He is the Word made flesh. He is our Creator and has every right to set His terms for our behaviour and our redemption. He is our Redeemer and has paid the sin debt we cannot pay. He is our King and not only rules in the hearts of those who submit to His authority today, but one day He will rule His earthly Kingdom and then all eternity with the Father. He, with the Father and the Spirit, is the Supreme Authority, GOD of gods and Lord of lords, over kingdoms, princes, powers, and life itself, for He is our life, and all things come from Him. He ever liveth to make intercession for His own, and to draw all who will believe to the Father.

The scribes, and lawyers, and leaders of the Jews could not admit that His authority was from the Father because of their unbelief, nor could they condemn John, knowing the people's reaction and belief that he was a prophet from GOD. Their unwillingness, in their own pride and self-righteousness, to admit to anything and acknowledge the work of GOD led to their equivocation and acknowledging their unbelief. Pride will keep us from surrendering to GOD on His Terms and repenting of our sins, and our trust in our own righteousness and unwillingness to admit we need GOD will keep us from trusting in Jesus Christ and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary in our place and for our Salvation.

Those who are secure in Him and born again are to rest in that authority, not as license to sin, but His rightful demand of holiness and righteousness, as we serve our Lord and Master, fellowship with His people, and share Him with others. We are called to minister to those around us who are hurting and in need with the Word of righteousness and reconciliation, rightly divided and fitly spoken, that others might see Christ in us, the hope of glory. We are commanded to love one another as He loved us, and to disciple one another in His Word that all may grow in grace and in the knowledge of Him who died for us. We are commissioned as His witnesses, to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this lost and dying world in the power of the Holy Spirit that is within us, and as we go, proclaiming the Good News of forgiveness through repentance and acknowledging our sin and reconciliation with the Father through faith in the Son, that those who believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah of GOD, might have life in His Name.

For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD, forgiveness from GOD, and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.

Believe in Him to the saving of the soul

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which He hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, His flesh; And having an High Priest over the House of GOD; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for He is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. (Heb 10:19-25)
Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, and today, and forever, is our great High Priest, ever living to make intercession for those to come to GOD by Him through faith in Him and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. We can come boldly into the presence of GOD because of His blood shed for us, and He will hear our petitions, strengthen us in our weakness, comfort us in our travails, and encourage us as we go through the trials of this broken and dying world. We can stand strong in Him, be faithful to Him who has and will be faithful to us, and do the work which He has for us to do, until He takes us Home to be with Him.

We are to encourage and edify one another to be faithful, exhort and equip one another to the work of the ministry, and engage and enable people to enjoy Jesus Christ. We are to fellowship together in love and worship of our Lord who has adopted us into His family. We are to reconcile with one another, forbearing and forgiving, because GOD for Christ's sake hath forgiven us. We are to bear one another's burdens and so fulfil the Law of Christ. We are to love one another as He has loved us and keep the unity of the Spirit and the bond of peace until He gathers all those who will come into His waiting arms.

Until the day He calls us Home, we are to continue serving Him. We are called to be His ambassadors, ministers of reconciliation, and servants of the Most High GOD, ministering to those around us who are hurting and in need, with the Word of reconciliation and the prayers of the saints. We are commanded to love others even as we love ourselves, and to love one another as He has loved us, while we disciple His people in the Word of GOD that all may grow thereby. We are commissioned into the Army of GOD as soldiers for Christ, not with the weapons of the flesh, but with His spiritual armour, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, going forth as witnesses unto Him and in the power of the Holy Spirit proclaiming as we go the Good News of forgiveness and reconciliation with the Father to those who believe and repent that they might have life in His Name.

We have such an High Priest

For if He were on earth, He should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the Law: Who serve unto the example and shadow of Heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of GOD when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith He, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. But now hath He obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also He is the mediator of a better Covenant, which was established upon better promises. For if that first Covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. (Heb 8:4-7)
Our great High Priest, Jesus Christ ministers in Heaven at the right hand of the Father, to intercede for His own, to give grace, and help, to chastise, and to encourage, to direct His servants as we do His will and accomplish His work in this broken and dying world. The old Covenant under the Law was given because of sIn, to shew all that we could not keep the Law, and needed a mediator to bring us into a right relationship with GOD. Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, willingly and humbly took our place and paid our sIn debt, that we might have life and have it more abundantly in Him by faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary.

The Law couldn't save anyone, and keeping the Law cannot bring us into a right relationship with the Father, for it must be kept perfectly and holy by faith, which we in our sinful flesh cannot do. Jesus Christ kept the Law, always doing His Father's will and so His sacrifice for sIn was perfect and holy and in keeping with the Law. As our substitutionary atonement, when we receive it by faith and repentance, it perfectly satisfies the wrath of GOD which is upon all of us who have rebelled against our Holy and Righteous GOD who has already judged and condemned all as sinners and worthy of death. Jesus Christ came to save sinners, and now abides in Heaven administering to His own, until that day when He comes back to judge the earth, and rule in His earthly Kingdom.

Until that day, He has called His people to serve Him, ministering to those around us who are hurting and in need, as He provides and directs those of us who are His, in ministry and missions in our communities, our countries, and our world. He has commanded us to love one another and to disciple one another in His Word, that we be no more children in doctrine and His precepts, but teachers and priests of GOD. Our Lord has commissioned us into His service as witnesses unto Him, to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, and as we go share the Good News of forgiveness and reconciliation with the Father that those who repent and believe in Him might have life in His Name.

The power of His endless priesthood and eternal life

For the Law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto GOD. And inasmuch as not without an oath He was made priest: (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by Him that said unto Him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:) By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better Testament. And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: But this man, because He continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto GOD by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them. (Heb 7:19-25)
The Lord liveth, and blessed be the Rock, and let the GOD of our Salvation be exalted! Our GOD reigns, as an eternal High priest He offered Himself in our place, to pay our sIn debt, and ever liveth to intercede for His own. We can approach GOD through the blood of Jesus Christ, unto the throne of Grace, because we are secure in Him by faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. He has paid our debt and purchased our redemption in His own body on that tree, and now will receive all those who come to Him in repentance and faith. What the Law could not do, nor could we, Christ has done in Himself and for us.

We cannot come to Him on our terms, or in our own works, for our works do not save us, but in full surrender to Him on His terms, by faith through grace alone, we receive His great Salvation and eternal life through Him who is eternal. The Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, became a man, and endured our punishment that we might live in and through Him. He offered Himself in our place that we might receive His life and be born again, having His righteousness as we do His work and will in this broken and dying world and His Spirit within to guide us into all Truth as we live and walk in Him.

In Him we are empowered to serve others, His ambassadors with the Word of reconciliation, to minister in His Name and the authority that brings to those around us who are hurting and in need, that others might see Jesus in us, the hope of Glory. In Him we are encouraged to disciple one another, speaking the Truth in love, and edifying and exhorting the saints to the work of the ministry until we all grow up into the full measure of our Saviour, Jesus Christ. In Him we are equipped to witness and testify, taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ as we go, and telling all who will hear the Good News of forgiveness and reconciliation that those who repent and believe might have life in His Name.

The Word of GOD which liveth and abideth for ever

Who in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto Him that was able to save Him from death, and was heard in that He feared; Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; And being made perfect, He became the Author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him; Called of GOD an High Priest after the order of Melchisedec. Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the Oracles of GOD; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the Word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. (Heb 5:7-14)
Though He was GOD in every sense, The Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, was also man in every sense except sin. He suffered every thing we deserve for our sin and every thing we bear in this life. He was tempted in all points as we are yet without sin, He experienced all of this life in the flesh, even grief and pain, again without sin, that we might be made the righteousness of Him by our repentance and faith in Him and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. Our GOD has become our Salvation, by His obedience. Our Lord has become our Deliverer by His submission to the will of GOD. He has fully and sufficiently paid our sin debt and purchased our redemption that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

The Word made flesh, who suffered and died in our place, but rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, has revealed Himself as Creator, Redeemer, and King in the pages of those Scriptures. He has given us His Word, the written revelation of Himself, that we might know Him, and His purposes and plans as Prophet, Priest, and King. He blesses those who hear, communicates with those that read, commands those that study, corrects and controls those that memorize, and comforts those that meditate on His Word as He applies its precepts and judgments to us through our submission to Him on His terms.

We are to receive by faith the living Word, in Salvation and in sanctification until we are glorified in Him and through Him who first loved us. We are to receive by faith the written Word that we might grow in Him and through His Spirit be conformed to the image of His Son, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. Once in Him and with the new life He gives through grace by faith, we are to live His life in us, indwelt by the Holy Spirit and discipled in His Word that we might reflect Him, that others may see Him in us, the hope of Glory. We are to grow up in Him, by exercising ourselves in His Word, not just for the sake of just knowledge, which puffs up, but that we might speak the Truth in love, share Him with others, and live Kingdom lives in this world, but not of it, until He is done with us and takes us Home to be with Him.

He has called His people to serve, His ambassadors with the Word of reconciliation, ministering to those around us who are hurting and in need, taking His Word and ministering His grace into every situation. He has commanded His people to love one another, to fellowship together in worship and service, as we disciple one another in the Word of GOD until we are all grown up into the full measure of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, equipping the saints, encouraging the faithful, and exhorting the labourers, to the work of the ministry and to the edification of the body of Christ. We are commissioned into His army, soldiers of Christ with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and witnesses unto Him who has sent us forth in the power of the Holy Spirit into this lost and dying world with the Good News of forgiveness and reconciliation with the Father that all who hear and believe might have life in His Name.

For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Arise, that we may go up against them

And these went into Micah's house, and fetched the carved image, the ephod, and the teraphim, and the molten image. Then said the priest unto them, What do ye? And they said unto him, Hold thy peace, lay thine hand upon thy mouth, and go with us, and be to us a father and a priest: is it better for thee to be a priest unto the house of one man, or that thou be a priest unto a tribe and a family in Israel? And the priest's heart was glad, and he took the ephod, and the teraphim, and the graven image, and went in the midst of the people. So they turned and departed, and put the little ones and the cattle and the carriage before them. (Jdg 18:18-21)
Several men found out about the idols and the priest in Micah's house and invaded, taking them for themselves. Since there was no law, judge, or magistrate in the land, everyone did what was right in their own eyes, no matter that the Law of GOD said no other gods, no graven images to be worshiped, not to steal. They even got the 'priest' to bless their home invasion and theft, taking the Name of the Lord in vain. When confronted they threatened Micah and his friends with harm, all because they coveted what Micah had. They broke pretty much all the Commandments because their hearts were wicked and desperately evil.

So many today are just the same, with no regard for the Laws of GOD. Even in the Church too many who claim Christ live as though He didn't exist. Some may even attend a service on Sunday morning, and live the rest of the week as practical atheists, like the folks in this account of Micah and his idols. We who are in Christ are to and tell those who are in bondage and sin of their need for Christ to deliver them from sin and their iniquity through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. Only the new birth which Jesus brings can release sinners from their condition of death and judgment.

That is not to say that we who are saved, receive His Salvation in order to sin all we want, for we are translated from the kingdom of darkness into His kingdom of light and life, to live in Him a brand new life of holiness and righteousness, not in our own strength or power, but by the indwelling Spirit of GOD which is within us. We are saved to serve Him as ministers of reconciliation and ambassadors for the Kingdom. We are called to minister to those around us who are hurting and in need as GOD provides and guides us. We are commanded to love one another as He loved us and disciple one another in His Word until we all grow up into the full measure of Him, conformed to the image of His dear Son. We are commissioned into His army, equipped and encouraged with the Gospel of Jesus Christ to into this lost and dying world and take the Good News to all who will hear, that they might repent and believe in Him, and in believing have life in His Name.

For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. Every man did that which was right in his own eyes

And when he had restored the eleven hundred shekels of silver to his mother, his mother said, I had wholly dedicated the silver unto the LORD from my hand for my son, to make a graven image and a molten image: now therefore I will restore it unto thee. Yet he restored the money unto his mother; and his mother took two hundred shekels of silver, and gave them to the founder, who made thereof a graven image and a molten image: and they were in the house of Micah. And the man Micah had an house of gods, and made an ephod, and teraphim, and consecrated one of his sons, who became his priest. (Jdg 17:3-5)
The saddest epitaph written in the book of the Judges, in which it records that every man did that which was right in his own eyes. Eyes that can, and do, lie to us. Hearts that lead us astray because they are desperately wicked. Minds and thoughts tainted with sIn and corrupted by our sIn nature that lead to all sorts of wickedness and debauchery. Since Adam sinned, that has been the norm and the problem with mankind that Jesus died and rose again to deliver us from, that we might have life and have it more abundantly, free from sin and its power and wages, not free to sin more, but a new life of liberty and grace in Christ.

This man had stolen and hidden his own mothers silver and only returned when it was discovered. When she got it back she had it melted and made into an idol of silver and they called it god. They even declared the Lord's blessing upon it, in blasphemy toward GOD. Their worship of this false idol led to hiring a Levite to be his personal priest, instead of working in the tabernacle, and further sin of declaring his own prosperity because of his idol and his 'priest'. GOD didn't bless it, or him, and tragedy followed as others learned of his wealth, his silver idol, and his servant 'priest'.

If we are secure in Christ through our repentance of sin and our faith in Him and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary, we cannot blatantly sin against our Holy and Righteous GOD and expect to continue in that sin. GOD will chastise and correct His own. We cannot expect His blessing on our sinful lifestyle, for He has already judged and condemned sin, both as an offense against Him and outright acts of rebellion, and declared those who are still in their sins, and not born again, as guilty sinners in need of Salvation. He paid the price of redemption in His own body on that cruel Roman cross that we might live, not in sIn, but in Him and for Him, new creatures in a covenant relationship and fellowship with Him.

That is the purpose of each of us, and His church as a whole, to live and work in Him to accomplish His will and do His work in this broken and sinful world, that others might come to know Jesus Christ and see Jesus in us, the hope of Glory. He has called His people to be His ambassadors while we sojourn in this world, not of the world, and to minister to those around us who are hurting and in need. He has commanded us to love one another and to disciple one another in His Word until we all grow up into the full measure of Him through the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit that is within us. He has commissioned us to go to this lost and dying world and as we go tell the Good News of reconciliation and redemption to all who will hear, that those who believe the Gospel, repent of their sin, and receive Jesus Christ by faith in Him might have life in His Name.

That ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you

All the cities of the Levites within the possession of the children of Israel were forty and eight cities with their suburbs. These cities were every one with their suburbs round about them: thus were all these cities. And the LORD gave unto Israel all the land which He sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein. And the LORD gave them rest round about, according to all that He sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass. (Jos 21:41-45)
In addition to the cities of refuge, for the slayer of blood, GOD gave cities in every region to the Levites, who worked in the temple and had no land for themselves. He had promised that they would be maintained through the offerings of the people, and now He gave them cities to live in throughout the nation of Israel, that they might minister to the people, even as the people were to minister to those subdued peoples that remained within, and their neighbours without. GOD gave them peace, that they might witness of His power and glory.

We are called to be a Kingdom of priests, an Holy nation, a peculiar people. GOD has work for His people to do, to be about His business, and to glorify and testify of Him, not only through our lives, but also with our words. Our words and deeds ought to be holy and to honour our Lord, who gave Himself for us. We ought to also, appreciate and honour those who minister in the Word and in positions of service and authority within the body under the headship of Jesus Christ.

No matter where GOD has called us to serve, or how, we ought to honour Him, hold fast to our profession as His people, and through His Word, in the power of the Holy Spirit that is within us, direct others to Christ and His great Salvation through repentance and faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. He has called all His people to the ministry of reconciliation, that we might meet the needs of those around us who are hurting and in need. He has commanded His body to love one another, even as He also loved us, and to disciple one another in His Word until we all come into the full measure of Him. He has commissioned His servants and friends to be witnesses unto Him, that as we go, we may take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this lost and dying world, that all who hear the Good News and believe might have life in His Name.

Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus

If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. (Php 2:1-4)
We are to be like minded, in unity with the Spirit, with the mind of Christ from His Word. We are to be led by the Spirit as we walk together with the Lord Jesus and in loving fellowship with one another, as the family of GOD. We are to serve others, not live for ourselves. We are to edify and encourage one another not 'shoot the wounded'. We are to build each other up in the faith so that we all may grow in Christ and in His Word, to be like Him in all things. One Spirit, one Lord, one mind, one fellowship, one mission, one GOD.

GOD calls His Church to be His body, united in mission and purpose. We are to be stedfast in fellowship and equipping one another to do His work and ministry in this world. We are to united in the bond of peace, prepared unto every good work, to take His Gospel to every creature, and be the ministers of reconciliation with GOD that He has called all His people to be. We are to stand fast in the faith, with a ready mind, to minister to those within and without who are hurting and in need, that as GOD provides blessings to His people and they give of themselves, others may see Jesus in us, the hope of Glory.

We have one work in this world, that GOD has left as His ambassadors to do. We represent His Kingdom to this lost and dying world, as we love one another. We reach out in love and mercy to those who need Him. We share Jesus Christ, as His body and members of the household of faith, to those who are without that they might know Him and the grace He offers to those who repent of their sins and believe His Good News and receive Him by faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. We edify and equip one another in love, disciple one another in the Word, and engage and enable people to enjoy Jesus Christ, until GOD is done with us, and takes us Home to be with Him. As His people, we are His ministers, His priests, His saints, and His children, that we should live in Him, walk in Him, and share Him and His great Salvation with others that they might have life in His Name.

He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.

In Christ,

The cup which My Father hath given Me, shall I not drink it?

Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon Him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye? They answered Him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am He. And Judas also, which betrayed Him, stood with them. As soon then as He had said unto them, I am He, they went backward, and fell to the ground.
The high priest then asked Jesus of His disciples, and of His Doctrine. Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing. Why askest thou Me? ask them which heard Me, what I have said unto them: behold, they know what I said. And when he had thus spoken, one of the officers which stood by struck Jesus with the palm of his hand, saying, Answerest thou the high priest so? Jesus answered him, If I have spoken evil, bear witness of the evil: but if well, why smitest thou Me? (Joh 18:4-6, 19-23)
Some who are searching for Jesus do so out of a sincere heart to find the only Salvation from sIn and the judgment of GOD. Others, who mock and misrepresent themselves and their questions, are only seeking to criticize and argue, not to truly find answers. The Holy Spirit will tell us which and guide us how we ought to answer every man that asketh us of the hope that is in us with meekness and fear. We know Him and His Doctrine from His Word, and while not becoming like fools in our answers, we answer a fool according to His folly lest he be wise in his own conceits. While not casting our pearls before swine, we cast the seed of His Word throughout this lost and dying world that some may hear and believe.

Those that were trying to get rid of Jesus sought an occasion to accuse Him, and only did so because the death of our Lord was by the determined counsel of GOD. No man could have taken His life, unless He allowed it, and no one would have accused Him in matters of the Law, for He was without sIn and gave the Law to Moses, except He answered not, as a Lamb led to the slaughter. He trusted His Father, and was determined and steadfast, despite the agony which was to come, to endure the Cross for our sakes and to accomplish the work His Father gave Him to do to pay the price for our sIn.

Our Lord offered Himself in our place and for our sIn, though He was without sIn, that we might be made the righteousness of GOD in Him. We have His power, through the Holy Spirit within us to overcome sIn and to live holy lives, as He guides and directs us, in obedience to Him and His Word, so that those we speak to about Him may know of our good conversation, confession, and conscience in Christ as we testify of Him. We are not above our Master, and must not think that we will not face the same questions and accusations if we live in and through Him and He in us, the hope of Glory.

We are compelled and constrained by His love for us and for others to do His work now, while we are here on this earth, as His ambassadors and ministers. We are called to represent Him as we stretch out our hands to the poor, and reach forth our hands to the needy, that those that will may be delivered. We are commanded to love one another, even as Christ also loved us, that all may know that we are His disciples. We are chosen as His disciples and are to learn of our Master through His Word and we are grow up in Him as He conforms us to the image of His dear Son. We are commissioned to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ to all we meet, that those who hear the Gospel, repenting of their sIn and believing in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary for Salvation, might have life in His Name.
