As the Father knoweth Me even so know I the Father

Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in My Father's Name, they bear witness of Me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of My sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of My hand. My Father, which gave them Me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of My Father's hand. I and My Father are one. Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from My Father; for which of those works do ye stone Me? The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself GOD. (Joh 10:25-33)
Not only does Jesus promise to keep all those who come to Him in repentance and faith, trusting in who He is and His Salvation, secure in Him; but He also made it very clear to all those with ears to hear, that He is GOD in the flesh, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, one with the Father and the Spirit. He is not part of GOD, nor was His time on this earth one mode which GOD appeared in, for He is fully GOD and fully man, in substance equal with the Spirit whom He sent to dwell with us, and the Father who sent Him to put to death the flesh for our sins and in our place.

Jesus Christ, obedient to the Father in all things, took our sins in His own body on that tree, that we might be the righteousness of GOD in Him, secure in Him because of our trust in Him and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary, and He will never leave us nor forsake us; so that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. We can be just as assured and persuaded, if we are in Christ and born again, that nothing can separate us from the love of GOD which is in Christ Jesus. He has left His people here to glorify Him in all that we do, and to accomplish His work and will, as He conforms us to the image of His dear Son through the trying of our faith, and the work of the Spirit in us guiding us in all Truth through His Word.

GOD doesn't leave us orphans, and doesn't leave us to do our own work while we are here. We who are His are to do the work which He sends us to do, in ministry and missions to those within and without, in discipleship and edification of one another in the Word, and evangelism of those who don't yet know Him and have the hope and security that Christ brings, not to sin as though we were immune from GOD's judgment, but free in Christ to do and to will of His good pleasure. We are to do His will, as His ambassadors to minister to those who are hurting and in need, as He guides and gives the increase. We are to disciple one another in love and in His Word that we may all grow into the full measure of Jesus Christ. We are to go with the Gospel, and as we go, proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ to all who will hear, that in believing they might have life in His Name.

For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.

In Christ,
Jefferson Sweet
