Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of GOD which is given to me for you, to fulfil the Word of GOD; Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to His saints: To whom GOD would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of Glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labour, striving according to His working, which worketh in me mightily. (Col 1:25-29)
We are all ministers of the Word, to take the Gospel to every one we meet, and as we go, teach and proclaim His Good News that all who believe may repent and receive Jesus Christ by faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary. We are to study to shew ourselves approved unto GOD, ready always to answer every man a reason of the hope that is in us with meekness and fear. We are to know the divinely inspired Holy Scriptures which are able to make us wise unto Salvation, and are profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and instruction in righteousness. We are to know and share the mystery of GOD's grace through Jesus Christ and His mercy and forgiveness through repentance of our sIn until we have done all and He is done with us.
His people are to grow in Christ, through the working of the Holy Ghost which is in us, and the washing of the water by the Word, that we be conformed to the image of His dear Son and come into the full measure of Him. We are to disciple one another in His Word so that all may be skillful workman that needeth not to be ashamed. We are to love one another as He loved us, and minister to one another as members in particular. We are to bear one another's burdens and equip, encourage, and edify one another to do the work and will of our Lord GOD and Saviour, Jesus Christ, to the Glory of GOD the Father.
We who are born again by faith in Him, are to minister as His ambassadors, representing His Kingdom, though strangers and pilgrims while we are here, to this lost and dying world. We are to follow our Lord's example and go where He sends us, meet the needs of those He sends us to as He provides, and be the Body of Christ to those who are without, as lights shining in this dark and broken world. We are to be ministers of reconciliation, restoring that which is broken as we speak the Truth in love as we go in Him and He is us, the hope of Glory.
His saints, are His witnesses and lively stones in His building, holy and sanctified that we may be fit for the Master's use. We are to know Him and do His will and work in this broken and sinful world, not of it, nor conformed to it, but as salt which has not lost its savour. We are heal, and preserve, and cure, through His power and to His glory, taking the Word of GOD with us as we go, and sharing Him with all who will hear, that those who put their trust in Him and turn away from their sIn to our Holy and Righteous GOD might have life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
