That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again. Only let your conversation be as it becometh the Gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the Gospel; And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of Salvation, and that of GOD. For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for His sake; Having the same conflict which ye saw in me, and now hear to be in me. (Php 1:26-30)
We are to rejoice evermore, and give thanks in all things for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus concerning you. Our joy is to be full, even in our suffering for Christ. Our praise of Him is to be abundant, for all things are in His hands, and nothing fashioned against us will stand, without His authority. He is King and Lord of all, and He holds those of us who are truly His in His hand. The power of His grace, that by our faith in Him and His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary has made us new creatures in Christ, rest upon us and we glory in Him, our God and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
He is our life, and His love for us empowers us and constrains us to work for Him, not to earn our Salvation or any thing, for He has paid it all, but so that others may know Him and the fellowship of the household of faith. We must stand strong in the faith as members one of another, as saints of GOD. We are to be of one mind and spirit, in the unity of the bond of peace, having all been reconciled to the Father, by His Son, Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, and now indwelt by His Spirit, that worketh in us both to will and to do of His good pleasure. We are to grow in Him and minister to one another and those without as He directs and commands to accomplish His will and for His Glory.
We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works which GOD hath before ordained that we should walk in them. We are His ambassadors, representing the Kingdom of GOD and ministering to those around us who are hurting and in need that they may see Jesus in us, the hope of Glory. We are His brethren, and members of His body, encouraging and equipping one another to the work of the ministry, loving one another and discicpling one another in the Word of GOD. We are His witnesses, taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ with us to every one we meet, that those who hear the Good News, repent of their sins, and believe might have life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
