They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them? They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep. But GOD shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded. So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away. And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of GOD; for they shall wisely consider of His doing. The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory. (Psa 64:5-10)
The enemies of Truth, and those that oppose themselves while fighting GOD may seem to be winning in this world, and in this life. But GOD is still in control, and He is simply giving all who will come to Him on His terms every opportunity to respond to His Gospel of Salvation through Jesus Christ. He is long-suffering, waiting until the end, and in His time He will accomplish His purposes in His creation. We can trust that no matter how bad it gets, GOD will overcome. In this life we have security and assurance in Christ, and in the next we who are His will be with Him.
Those that accomplish evil in this life will answer for it, if they do not respond to the forgiveness that is offered through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That does not mean that we who are His can go and do as we please, for if we have surrendered to GOD, we are not our own, we are bought with a price and we want to hear and obey the commands of GOD.
Those that do not know GOD, and have never received His Salvation are condemned already, not just because of their sIn, but because they have not believed on the Name of Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son. But, GOD is not willing that any should perish, but wants everyone everywhere to repent. If you surrender to GOD on His terms and receive Him by Faith for forgiveness and His Salvation, you will be born again. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Believe His Word and receive a brand new life of discipleship that is abundant and everlasting. Consider wisely and respond to Jesus today.
