For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the Gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the Gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of GOD. (Rom 10:12-17)
Go and tell the Good News. That is the command and the imperative. Because of what Jesus has done for and in us, we are to go and share with others. We are to warn them of the judgment and destruction to come. We are to proclaim the Gospel so that they may know Christ. The Spirit works and convicts so that they may respond. GOD moves to save those who repent and believe. We are to go in the Power of the Holy Spirit, taking the Word and message of Jesus Christ, and leaving the results to the Father, trusting GOD with lost people.
If we don't go and tell, they won't hear. While GOD takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, nor is He willing that any should perish, He has entrusted the task of preaching and proclaiming His Word to His people. All those who have received mercy from GOD by faith in Jesus Christ and repentance by conviction of the Holy Spirit are to share what GOD has done for them, so that others may be saved. For unless a man is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of GOD. He is lost and dead in his trespasses and sins, just as we once were, and we must tell them.
Along the way, so that other may know Jesus and hear the Gospel, we are to minister to those who are hurting and in need, as GOD gives the increase. We are to grow in His Word and disciple one another in grace and love. We are to love one another so that all may know we are His disciples. We are His ambassadors, and are to represent His Kingdom, doing His work and will, and as we go, tell all who will hear of His love, mercy, and grace. We are His ministers of reconciliation, as we go, we are to tell of repentance and faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary, so that those who receive Him by faith may have life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. GOD calls you to trust Him and what He has already done for you to pay your sIn debt. He has provided the only way of reconciliation with GOD with forgiveness and Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, to give you a new life in Christ. Turn away from yourself and your sIn and turn to Him alone for eternal Life, now and always.
