Thanks be to GOD

And GOD is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: (As it is written, he hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. Now He that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to GOD. (2 Corinthians 9:8-11)

GOD's grace is sufficient.  His blessngs are abundant and free.  We work and will to do His good pleasure, not because we have to, but because we want to.  We want to serve our Lord because of all of His grace and blessing on us: first to save us from our sIn, from ourselves, and from the destruction that is to come; and then so we will do the work of the Kingdom.   But our trusting in Jesus Christ is not 'fire insurance' for some future event, no it is a relationship with the Living GOD; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  We have boldness to speak to our Heavenly Father who is over all, through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ who created us and loved us enough to die for us, in the power of the Holy Spirit who guides us and dwells within.

The work we do is to encourage and equip one another to becoming more like Christ, and spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ to this lost and dying world.  We minister to one another, and to those outside; to those that don't have that saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.  We are compelled to tell them of their sIn, and warn them of GOD's judgment that they might surrender to GOD on His terms, just as we did and be born again by the grace of GOD on all who will trust in His name.  We pray that they will respond today.

Now give Him thanks for all He has done and is doing.
