And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. (Rev 13:1-5)
Even today we see shadows of this as religions come together, politics are working toward a world government, false utopian thinking is leading this world to a world leader. We must remain faithful to Jesus Christ and His Gospel, to live the Cross we believe in, and share the Good News of Salvation through faith in the finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary so that others might believe and believing have life in His Name. That is our mission, our calling, and His command for His people until He comes again to take His Church Home and rule and reign on this earth.
We are to be about our Father's business, sharing the Word of GOD to all we meet so the unbelieving in this lost and dying world may be saved. GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Believe His Word and place your faith and trust in what He has already done for you on that cruel Roman Cross. Surrender to Him on His terms and be born again, and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. Receive His forgiveness by faith in His Salvation today.
In Christ,
