If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us. (1Jn 1:6-10)
For those of us who are saved we now workout our salvation, continually trusting Him to accomplish in us the work that He has set out to do. When we falter, and we do, we come back to Him, not for Salvation all over again, but for forgiveness and reconciliation. God wants us in proper fellowship with Him and will chastise those that stray from His Precepts and Commands. Just as we recognized and repented of our sIn and surrendered to GOD on His terms for Salvation, so we must do so when we sIn against Him. That doesn't mean we continue in sIn, or that we have a license to sIn, but that when we do we have an advocate in Jesus Christ.
That is a message of hope, grace, and mercy we must tell the world. They must hear the Good News of Jesus Christ so they might be saved. We are to go and tell all who will hear of the love (and judgment) of GOD and the price that Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son paid for our redemption.
For God is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. You must surrender to Him on His terms and be born again by faith in His finished and perfect work on the Cross of Calvary to be saved. Believe His Word and trust Him for forgiveness of your sIn and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. Confess you sIn and your need of Him and receive His free gift of Salvation today.
In Christ,
