And GOD said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. And GOD made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. (Gen 1:24-25)
As we continue to observe the events of that first week, we now see GOD creating all kinds of land dwelling animals. From the largest dinosaur to the smallest insect, and all tame and vegetarian, He created every one of them and said that it was good. His perfect creation (which we messed up by our rebellion and sIn) all had a purpose and culminates in a specific creation event that occurs on this same day. We see His power and knowledge as He creates so many varied and different kinds.
One day, GOD will restore all things to this perfect condition, and all the beasts of the field and the cattle, even the dinosaurs will be tame once again and vegetarian. We can look forward to the promise that the GOD who made all things, will restore them to the way they were before our sIn came and cursed this world and led to disease, and death, and wild a
While the beasts of the field may not be tame or vegetarian now, and certainly there aren't many (if any at all) dinosaurs roaming around today, the GOD who created all of them created us, and knows our name, even the very hairs on our heads. GOD who is infinitely powerful and knowledgable took on human form and went humbly and willingly to the Cross of Calvary so that we might be reconciled to GOD. Those of us who know Him and the Power of His Salvation are commanded to go and tell the Good News of Jesus Christ to all who will hear so that they might believe and believing have life in His Name.
For GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance and the knowledge of the Truth. Jesus loves you and wants to establish a covenant relationship with you that is real and personal. Believe His Word and surrender to Him on His terms and He will give you a brand new life of discipleship and fellowship with Him that is abundant and everlasting. Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD who is GOD the Son, who cares for the beast of the field, and the fowls of the air, cares so much more for you. Trust in His finished and perfect work on that cruel Roman cross and receive Him by faith in what He has already done for you.
